Hāna Fresh Farm Tours

Join us for a leisurely tour of Hāna Fresh Farm. Learn how Native Hawaiians maintained good health using traditional medicinal plants. See how some of Hawaii's finest quality fruits, vegetables, and herbs are grown using sustainable, organic practices. The verdant 7-acre hillside farm includes both field grown and greenhouse grown organic produce.

Morning at the Farm Tour

Join us each Thursday 9:00am to 10:30am at the Hāna Fresh Farm Market. $20 per person. Minimum of four people required per tour with a maximum of ten. (Tours may be cancelled if minimum is not met.)

The morning includes a 45 minute walking tour of the Hāna Fresh farm, followed by a Continental Breakfast of fresh baked pastry, sliced island fruit and a beverage of your choice from the Espresso Cart (coffee drinks, tea, smoothies).

What to Wear

Our farm is on a gently sloping hillside accessed by working farm trails and roads. Comfortable walking or hiking shoes are recommended. The paths may often be wet from a pleasant Hawaiian trade wind shower. Comfortable, light clothing appropriate for Hawaii’s temperate climate and a hat or visor, an umbrella or light rain jacket, and insect repellant are recommended.
