Psychologist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Delivers mental/behavioral health care including psychosocial assessment, health care planning and treatment, care coordination, information and referral services to adults, children, adolescents and their families through the integration of behavorial health into the primary care setting. Requires high degree of confidentiality.

Registered Nurse

Provides medical support in family practice/urgent care setting. Duties include patient assessment, vitals, laboratory and IVs, assists physician with medical procedures, and home health care. Travel in lieu of relocation will be considered.
